Logging on to the BioBase dashboard

Now that the account has been created the Dashboard will be the page that loads after logging in. The top row menu will remain the same and the six buttons on the dashboard are for quick access to trip information. The Dashboard buttons are as follows.



File Upload – This button opens the file upload page where .SLG, .SL2, .SL3, .GSD, .CSV and a ZIP file containing a anyone of listed formatted files can be uploaded. Look for the File Upload Page Section for more details.

Processing Queue – This will show any trips, merges, and Analysis Polygons are that are currently in the queue or being processed.

Recent Activity – This page shows the recent uploads, recent merges, and recent trips viewed.

Trips and Merges – Go here to view processed trips and merges plus those trips or merges within an organization.

Trip Search – For power users the Trip search is best way to find any trip on any waterbody quickly and efficiently. For more information look for the Trip Search Section in this User’s Guide.

Transect Plans – Click on this button to open the Survey Tool kit to create a transect survey plan on a waterbody. For more information look for the BioBase Survey Tools in this User’s Guide.
